Job Description Job Description Job Description Responsible for generation of stable CHO cell lines, cell banks, and expression assessments as well as the possible scale up of CHO pools in disposable 5-50L bioreactors.

Provide logistical support to the lab such as ordering supplies, managing instruments, and other general lab bench activities.

Maintain, thaw, and prepare host cell line cultures for all group activities.

Independently planning and executing stable cell line generation for both plate-based and at-scale transfections.

Receive, track, and disseminate DNA plasmid library serving as liaison between plasmid generation and cell line generation groups.

Present formal data packages to portfolio project teams and collaboration teams PREQUIREMENTS: BS with 1-2 years of experience in Biology, Chemistry, or related discipline Ability to lift 50 lbs Occasionally lifting such as consumable boxes and 20L (~50lbs)media bags and would need to be able to be independent.

In determining the bonus amount, Synectics will consider the cost of the test(s) for any certification relating to your current position, achieved during your employment with us.

Only one Certification Bonus per calendar year may be awarded per employee.

Only current, active employees will be eligible to receive this bonus.

It will be awarded 90 days after the Synectics office has received documentation confirming the successful completion of the certification.
