Job description

Overview Technologies is looking for a tech-savvy, self-motivated communications professional to support Product Communications at the Company, working closely with the Global Marketing team to drive communications efforts across our growth businesses.

This role will be central to shaping and executing communications strategies that elevate leadership in high-performance, low-power computing platforms and technologies in areas such as AI and the data center.
Responsibilities Develop and execute integrated communications plans for product launches, industry events, and strategic initiatives
Serve as the primary liaison with PR agencies, overseeing deliverables, reporting, and media outreach
Collaborate with product marketing, product management, and global PR teams to align messaging and strategy
Build and maintain relationships with North America press
Monitor media trends and proactively identify opportunities to engage in the news cycles
Maintain a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration with agency team members and across marketing and communications teams
This is an office-based position located in San Diego, CA.

Remote employees will be considered but San Diego is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related work experience.
OR Associate's degree and 7+ years of Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related work experience.
OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 9+ years of Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Masteru2019s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications 7+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or product marketing, preferably in the tech sector
Proven track record of managing media relations and agency partnerships
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience crafting press materials, FAQs, and executive messaging
Ability to navigate complex technical topics and translate them into compelling narratives
Experience with influencer marketing and analyst relations is a plus
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment and works well with others
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, Business or Technology/Engineering or related field
Basic computer software skills including Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Additional Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field.
6+ years of Public Relations or related work experience in a high-tech product company.
2+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Sr Director level and above).
2+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.
2+ years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
Level of Responsibility Provides supervision to direct reports.
Decision-making may affect work beyond immediate work group.
Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information.

May require negotiation, influence, tact, etc.
Develops and administers budgets, schedules, and performance standards for the functional area within the prescribed budgetary objectives of the department.
Has a moderate amount of influence over key organizational decisions (e.g., is consulted by senior leadership to make key decisions).
Tasks do not have defined steps; planning, problem-solving, and prioritization must occur to complete the tasks effectively.
