As the Engineering Manager, you'll be tasked with building the long-term success for your organization by helping define the product vision, mentoring and growing talent, and being accountable for delivering results.
As an Engineering Manager on the Player Experience team , you will oversee the staffing and guidance of the team's engineers to make the core suite of tools used in the UI/UX development of League of Legends the best they can be.
For this role, you'll report to a Senior Engineering Manager.
You will guide individual contributors on their long journey of career development while collaborating with other teams and disciplines to ensure that our work improves the quality of life and effectiveness of those partners while also.
Our platform is written in C++ and makes heavy use of the QT ecosystem for UI/UX and we also leverage Python for several utility needs.
This role is based in Los Angeles .
For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
We will be looking at your past studies, experience, and your personal relationship with games.
