Job Title: R&D Tech Lab Analyst

Job Description:
- The role of the R&D Site Lab Tech Analyst is critical for the operational success and strategic objectives of our R&D facilities.
- This role will be required to provide the following capabilities.
1.
Expertise in R&D Lab PC Workstation Support:
- The role involves creating and managing lab PC images, desktop security management, patch and update management, vulnerability management, device driver configurations, user management, system backup, data archival management, and disaster recovery.
- These responsibilities are vital for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our lab operations.
2.
R&D Business Process Support:
- The analyst will coordinate and document vendor services such as instrument calibration and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to SOPs and changing management processes.
- This support is crucial for the uninterrupted execution of data collection and analytical activities.
3.
R&D Application Support:
- The role includes supporting and maintaining global R&D Tech solutions and local configuration of global cybersecurity solutions.
- This ensures that critical applications are operational and properly maintained, minimizing interruptions to data collection and analysis.
4.
Deployment and Ongoing R&D Support:
- The expectation is that the R&D Tech resource may be needed both on-site during the deployment phase, and for ongoing support once the facility is operational.
- This local technical support is essential for ensuring R&D business continuity and operational excellence.
