Job description

We want to see you on our team! Do you have a passion for mentoring and inspiring teams?

As a shift manager you will provide leadership to crew members and other management to ensure Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value to our customers.

As a shift manager you must demonstrate leadership ability by scheduling shifts effectively in advance, build constructive and effective relationships to make sure the team is meeting McDonald’s standards.

Shift managers monitor safety, security, profitability and must ensure proper communication throughout the team.

You will be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping assigned departments meet their goals.




Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

Most importantly we’re looking for team players to help drive the team, create a fun environment and produce exemplary results in a fast paced environment.
