As a Full-time Analyst in the Financial Advisor Development Track Program (FADP), you will participate in a targeted two-year program designed to help advance you from an Investment Professional to a Financial Advisor at the firm.

You'll receive robust training to learn how to interact with clients via the phone and video and develop your investment and product knowledge.

You'll also receive ongoing training focused on developing your professional skills.

You'll gain an in depth understanding of Service & Administration and National Branch, as well as exposure to all areas of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Upon completion of this program you will have the skills, experience, training, and support to successfully launch your career as a Financial Advisor in the National Branch - our remote advice channel that offers comprehensive financial planning and advice to clients through video meetings.

Through our training curriculum, you'll enhance your investment and business knowledge and professional and technical skills.

You will have access to professional development, leadership development, and financial planning and advice development training.

Additionally, you'll have access to networking, a dedicated developmental coach, and financial advisor mentor.

You'll also receive help and guidance from a dedicated program manager who is focused on your career progression.

**Job responsibilities:**

+ Obtain FINRA licenses required for the Investment Professional and the Financial Advisor role - you'll be required to take and complete the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66/65;
+ Support all self-directed and full-service clients with order entry, money movement, and account maintenance requests;
+ Work in a team environment to assist clients with brokerage accounts over the telephone, in addition to discussing Individual Retirement Accounts, such as Traditional and Roth IRAs;
+ Create business efficiency by focusing on answering calls quickly, identifying client needs, initiating trades in capital markets, and completing service-oriented transactions;
+ Document all client conversations and meeting all regulatory requirements around these activities;
+ Help clients successfully navigate our website to provide them more access and flexibility to service their accounts
+ Assist clients and prospects with brokerage accounts and uncover investment needs with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience over the telephone

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**

+ A well-rounded academic background with an interest in providing exceptional client service and financial advice
+ Pursuing a B.A. or B.S. degree, with an expected graduation date of December 2025 through June 2026
+ Desire to obtain and pass the FINRA SIE, and Series 7, and 66/65, in addition to meeting FINRA continuing education requirements
+ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to create and foster strong professional relationships with business partners
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and pivot quickly as priorities change
+ Organizational skills and attention to detail, demonstrating working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
+ Have a passion for client service and an interest in building a foundational career in wealth management providing financial advice
+ Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment, but also work well independently
+ Ability to use your interpersonal skills to successfully build relationships with others
+ Ability to adapt conversations to meet the needs of a diverse client base across all 50 states

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:**

+ Experience in finance or other finance-related courses is a plus
+ Preferred minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0
