Our 10-week HR Generalist Internship is designed to provide a comprehensive, hands-on experience in a supportive and engaging environment.
As an HR Generalist Intern, you will:
+ Gain real-world project experience across key HR functions
+ Collaborate with the Corporate HR team on initiatives in recruiting, employee engagement, and internal communications
+ Develop professionally through networking events and learning opportunities
+ Contribute both independently and as part of a team

**Please note that relocation to Providence, RI is required for the duration of the program.**
**How you can contribute:**
+ Research, design, and develop solutions to assigned projects and tasks related to the human resources function
+ Support onboarding and offboarding processes
+ Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
+ Participate in employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs
+ Assist in organizing and hosting employee development trainings and opportunities
+ Support HR compliance efforts by helping with audits, policy updates, and documentation
+ Assist with a variety of human resources processes and administration
+ Suggest potential alternatives to current processes to improve efficiency and timeliness
+ Represent human resources on cross-functional teams when assigned
+ Build relationships across multiple levels and areas to ensure support is readily available when needed
+ Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel records including, but not limited to, personal and compensation information about employees
+ Perform other duties as assigned
