**2026 Internship - Customer Support Engineer**
**Description**
**JOB SUMMARY**
To provide technical and engineering coordination between the customer, Marketing and Engineering/Manufacturing.
Prepares technical proposals and problem summaries for company wide usage.
Provides Service facilities, Field Service personnel and aircraft operators with technical assistance regarding all Fleet Programs.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Prepare technical data and problem summaries from field reports and inspection summaries to brief marketing, engineering and manufacturing functions on field problems.
* Sustain technical files of existing and potential product improvements and serialized production changes.
* Analyze discrepancy reports concerning Textron Aviation Fleet Program products.
Coordinates corrective action with Manufacturing.
* Acts as liaison between Field Service and Manufacturing on customer problems and corrective measures.
* Support the on-site assistance at company owned service centers and independent service stations during investigation of unique aircraft problems or prototype installation.
* Assist with the preparation of technical programs for operators conferences and technical seminars.
* Support the team and assist with the coordination of equipment suppliers to achieve maximum reliability from installed equipment on Textron Aviation products.
**Qualifications**
**EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:**
* Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in:
o Aircraft Management
o Aerospace Engineering
o Avionics Engineering
o Mechanical Engineering
o Other related field
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Good computer skills

Summer internships are 40 hours per week typically from late-May to early-August lasting 10 weeks
