What To Expect as a Lindtern: Our twelve-week Lindternship program offers hands-on experience allowing undergraduate and graduate students to gain practical skills and contribute to projects that directly impact our business.

During the summer, interns will be paired with a mentor, attend professional career development workshops/sessions and attend networking events to meet additional team members.

Our Lindternship Program is designed to develop the next generation of leaders who are passionate, curious, and ready to make an impact in the premium chocolate industry.

Our program is based at our Lindt USA HQ in Stratham, NH.

When applying, applicants will select a function that they most want to pursue for their internship experience: Marketing Sales Operations (Logistics, Supply Chain, Planning, Order Management) Finance Human Resources Research & Development / Quality Assurance / Packaging Environmental Health and Safety Maintenance/Controls Total Rewards: Compensation Range: $20 an hour Our Perks & Amenities: Summer Hours – leave at 3pm on Fridays Intern social events and networking opportunities Fully equipped, on-site Fitness center Full-service Cafeteria Free Chocolate Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the Untied States on a full-time basis.

Lindt USA’s salary range reflects market rates based on our size, revenue, and location.

Starting pay is determined using a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience as well as market conditions.

A bonus and/or long-term incentive may be included as part of this compensation package.
