The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization.

The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra.

You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!
The Global Portfolio Marketing team plays a pivotal role in driving impactful business activities and optimizing marketing performance.

We focus on strategic portfolio planning and positioning, ensuring resources are effectively deployed to maximize product launches and product lifecycle marketing.

My team coordinates event participation, facilitates marketing planning, and influences strategic initiatives, we accelerate pipeline development and enhance commercial focus.

Collaborating closely with budget owners, stakeholders, and the Global Marketing Operations team, we align investment allocations with strategic goals and deliver comprehensive reporting and analytics to support organizational success.

Responsibilities:

+ Enhance Zebra's content strategy by exploring innovative approaches and leveraging AI to boost marketing effectiveness.



+ Collaborate with Portfolio Marketers to learn about product launch processes and assist in creating impactful supporting assets and activation.



+ Help refine messaging and positioning strategies to ensure successful new product introductions aligned with Zebra’s goals.



+ Contribute to event strategy planning, showcasing Zebra solutions effectively at Global events and tradeshows.


Participate in strategic initiatives to implement marketing activities that align with organizational goals and drive business success.



+ Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills

+ Increase technology knowledge and skills

+ Develop team-based work proficiencies

+ Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities

THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN HOLTSVILLE, NY.

THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.



Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program in Marketing or Business.



+ Must have an anticipated graduation date between Dec 2026-May 2029

+ Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Prior experience in a business setting

+ Passionate about marketing / technology

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)

+ Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow

+ Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences

+ Ability to collaborate as part of a team

+ Effective verbal and written communication skills

Salary: USD 22.00 - USD 24.50 Hourly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs.

For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.

In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together.

Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
