**Job Summary:**
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Engineering Leadership Development Program, a fast-paced, 2-year rotational program designed to develop future engineering leaders.
Participants will experience two 12-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience in key engineering areas such as avionics systems, flight control systems, electronic modules, and electrical systems through challenging assignments across various departments.
This program includes mentorship from senior engineering executives, customized training, and networking opportunities to prepare individuals for future leadership roles within the engineering function.
**Responsibilities:**
+ **Rotational Assignments:** Engage in two dynamic 12-month rotations, taking on key roles to drive impactful business outcomes.
+ **Strategic Project Contributions:** Contribute to diverse functional projects and assignments, gaining valuable insights into the alignment of engineering strategies with overarching business goals.
+ **Collaborative Teamwork:** Operate within a collaborative team environment, receiving guidance and mentorship from your assigned rotation manager to enhance your professional growth.
+ **Stakeholder Relationship Building:** Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, fostering a network of support and collaboration.
+ **Leadership Development Conferences:** Participate in targeted in-person leadership development conferences designed to enhance your leadership capabilities, business acumen, and technical expertise.
+ **Presentations:** Seize opportunities to present your findings and strategic recommendations to management, showcasing your analytical and communication skills.
**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
+ Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred

Select rotations within the program require use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
Non-U.S. persons selected must meet eligibility requirements for access to export-restricted information.
The ITAR/EAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
**Mobility:**
Applicants must be open and prepared to relocate for all rotational assignments, with the flexibility to travel and reside anywhere in the U.S. This adaptability will facilitate dynamic rotations, offering extensive exposure and fostering the development of both functional and leadership skills.
