+ **_Salary Range:** $71,244 - $85,500 annually (Determined by function, education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant.
A 15% salary uplift is provided on top of base salary for positions that are worked in New York City or San Francisco, which is subject to change depending on market conditions.)_ .

# Job Summary:
In this role, you will plan architectural layout, prepare detailed design and layout drawings for small structures.
You will use 2-D/3-D computer-aided design (CAD) to help prepare architectural designs and construction drawings.
You will help prepare forecasts, quantity take-offs, and change orders.
Your recommendations of design drawings will help ensure architecture complies with requirements.
# Major Responsibilities:
Architects work within the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) Engineering Department and work in multi-disciplinary teams to provide support to CSA aspects of our projects.
This includes architecture of industrial facilities, power plants, or commercial facilities.
**Architects may be responsible for:**
+ Preparing and reviewing drawings and specifications.
+ Contributing to the design process by utilizing software platforms including Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or Sketchup.
+ Demonstrating awareness of the implications of building codes and project requirements.
+ Working collaboratively in a cross-discipline environment to produce integrated project documents.
+ Attending project team meetings.
+ Assisting in product research.
+ Providing construction support as it relates to architectural design activities.
# Education and Experience Requirements:
**Basic Qualifications**
+ A Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Architecture at an accredited college or university.
+ Possess the eligibility to work and remain in the US without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
+ Ability and willingness to relocate and/or travel to domestic and/or international project jobsites.
+ Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ A Master of Architecture degree at an accredited college or university.
+ Completed relevant coursework with a strong GPA.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
+ Portfolio demonstrating a strong body of work.
