Job details Spherion is looking for a Machine Operator for a Plastic Packaging Company in Zephyrhills with competitive wages and a great atmosphere to grow into a career role!

Full Time Temp-to-Hire Career Opportunity
12 Hour Shift on a 3:2 | 2:3 Rotating Schedule


Pay Rates: $15 Per Hour

Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products ...

- Discard defective products & report to quality
- Prepare materials to support production line changeovers
- Monitor conveyors - notify machine operator of any jams on the line
- Operate bagger & de-bagging machines & bottle decoration or silkscreen equipment
- Assemble boxes, cartons & hand-pack materials
- Load/Unload materials to and from semi-trailers
- County inventory being loaded and unloaded from semi-trailers

Working hours: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Skills:
- Ability to stand for 12 hour shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted and up to 100lbs with assistance
- Positive attitude with the ability to show positive work ethic, attendance, and reliability to get to work and do the job

Education:
High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
- 1+ Years Warehouse or Machine Operation Experience (will be verified)
- Basic Mathematical Skills - ability to count is required
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn the tasks associated with computers

Required to be hired:
- Pre-Employment Screenings: Employment Verification, Education Verification, Criminal Background, Drug Screen
- Basic Math Assessment, completed from a computer to test your math and basic computer skills
