**Quality Inspector**

**2nd shift - Monday-Friday: 3:30pm-12am**

**$3,000 sign on bonus**

**Eligible for quarterly bonuses**

**Pay ranges based on experience**

**What You’ll Do**
As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be part of our Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing team located in Berea, OH.

**Essential Functions:**

+ Responsible for ensuring product conformity to blueprint
+ Inspect hardware using various inspection equipment including: calipers, micrometers, comparator, height stand, indicator, profilometer, hardness tester, etc.
+ Review work order for completion of operations and required documentations
+ Review ERP (JD Edwards) system for required retained information
+ Review raw material certificates and ensure conformity to industry or internal standards
+ Provide manufacturing technical support as GD&T subject matter expert
+ Support the Quality Engineers to ensure products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.
+ Interface with internal departments to engage in activities that ensure continuous control over material, services and products.
+ Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

+ Education and Experience: Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training
+ Extensive experience in calibration and standards
+ Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, ERP experience preferred
