Job Description
*** MUST HAVE: ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE ***
Test Operator, Direct Hire – 2nd shift (2pm - 11:30pm)
Weekly OT : 5 - 10+ hours
Perform functional testing at component level using test procedures.
Being able to differentiate between real and false failures.
Troubleshooting test equipment.
Working in a test environment with a Team that works cross functionally with other manufacturing area.
Previous electronics experience in a manufacturing setting.
Team player, problem solving, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
General computer skills.
Performs a variety of non-routine task to ensure production demands/quality standards are met
Performs set-ups, testing components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies, to ensure units
Function according to specifications.
Operating test equipment like DC power supplies and bench
Testers.
Ability to interpret pass/fail data.
Working in a test environment with front-end/back-end
Manufacturing.
Previous electronics experience in a manufacturing setting.
Attention to detail, multi-tasking, excellent hand-eye coordination, and excellent hand dexterity is Essential to be able to handle micro devices.
Ability to use computers.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good written and verbal communications skills
Active Government Secret Security Clearance required
