The 3PL Inventory Control Coordinator support efforts of the Inventory Control department to maintain integrity of customer-owned product.
Full time onsite role based out of our Charlestown, Indiana location
Must be available to work the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm ET.
  Responsibilities 
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (List essential responsibilities and duties)
Understanding of forward-positioned stock requirements and parameters.Understanding of client expectations and importance of inventory accuracy relative to the business.Plan, direct and/or execute cycle counts or scheduled physical counts.
Analyze results, report findings and maintain databasesInvestigate discrepancies and report findings and resolutionPerform visual inspections of warehouse and staging locations and recognize potential issues.Ability to execute reconciliations and report findings – product and/or customer -specific.Able to process and analyze cycle count results and escalate where appropriate based on tolerances, client expectations, activity and adherence to SOP’sMaintain Inventory Record Accuracy data and reports.Proficiency with Promail processes and functions – Inventory adjustments, transfers, pulls, and ability to use Promail to document transaction historiesEffective and discreet (written and oral) communication with multiple departments.  Qualifications 
 MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Training: High School Diploma
Business Experience: One year of experience in Inventory Control, preferably in a Distribution environment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
