If you're looking to join a firm that values excellence, collaboration, and forward-thinking solutions, GWO is the place to grow your career!  Account Manager The Account Manager is responsible for responding to the needs of clients and their representatives regarding personal and business financial and accounting matters.  Includes full charge bookkeeping functions, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and funds transfers for individuals and corporations.


Account Manager works closely with the Senior Manager and Partners.


Essential Duties Proficiently process A/P, cash receipts and recording of journal entries and cash disbursements Data entry and coding of all financial transactions Preparation and delivery of monthly financial statements Generate reports and packages for tax preparation Process payroll and reconcile annual and quarterly payroll reports Track and record client’s staff sick and vacation time Efficiently assist clients and client’s representatives as needed with issues related to personal or business transactions, billing, petty cash, payroll and miscellaneous issues as they arise Daily interaction and effective communication with staff members Prioritizing task and understanding what is urgent Guild reporting Reconcile bank and broker statements Process and prepare annual 1099’s and 1042’s Liaison with medical insurance department to verify they have all necessary information Other special projects as assigned Total Rewards & Benefits Competitive Hourly Rate ($45.50-$50.50) Depending on Experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance (100% Employer Paid on Base Plan)  Life, STD, LTD and AD&D (Employer Sponsored) 401(k)  Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave Professional development opportunities Possible hybrid work schedule (as a perk and based on role and performance) Supportive, team-oriented culture Powered by JazzHR
