Location: ProSource of New Orleans
Salary $40k-$45k + commission.

First year $50k-$60k
A flooring industry background is a minimum.

What you’ll do:
• Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture strong connections with current Trade Pro Members and their clients, making ProSource their go-to for flooring and cabinets.
• Drive New Business: Proactively reach out to trade professionals who aren’t yet with ProSource.

Show them how partnering with us can elevate their business and membership experience.
• Understand Needs: Ask insightful questions to grasp your members’ and prospects’ business goals and current projects.

Offer tailored solutions that set you apart from the competition.
• Deliver Excellence: Provide an outstanding customer experience consistently for both trade pros and their clients.
• Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, product innovations, and home remodeling news through our extensive training resources, including online and in-person sessions, and vendor events.
• Update CRM: Regularly maintain and update our CRM system with accurate information about members and prospects.
• Achieve Goals: Show urgency and motivation to meet and exceed your targets.
• Collaborate Effectively: Build strong partnerships with the showroom team to enhance overall performance.
