We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Account Manager with a strong background in
IT recruiting to join our growing team.
Location: Schaumburg, IL (Headquarters)
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, understanding their business objectives and IT staffing needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss current needs, forecast future requirements, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand NextRow Digital's services within existing client accounts.
Business Development & New Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT staff augmentation space.
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads and build a pipeline of potential clients.
- Network and build relationships with key stakeholders at target companies.
- Present NextRow Digital's staffing solutions and value proposition to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close agreements with new clients.
Staffing Book of Business Management:
- Take ownership and manage a portfolio of existing client accounts and their IT staff augmentation requirements.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruiting teams to understand and fulfill client staffing needs effectively and efficiently.
- Oversee the end-to-end staffing process for your client accounts, ensuring timely placement of qualified IT professionals.
- Monitor the performance of placed candidates and address any client or consultant concerns.
- Track and report on key account metrics, including revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.
Remote Team Collaboration (Preferred):
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with remote recruiting teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Provide clear direction and guidance to offshore/nearshore teams on client needs and expectations.
- Foster a collaborative and productive working relationship with offshore/nearshore team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role within the IT staffing and staff augmentation industry.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing strong client relationships within the IT sector.
- Experience managing a book of business and achieving revenue and profitability targets in IT staffing.
- Strong understanding of various IT technologies and roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Prior experience managing or collaborating with offshore recruiting teams is a strong plus.
