INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

This role is critical to the overall success of the organization.

The Inside Salesperson will create, foster and sustain valuable customer relationships.

This individual will be responsible for prospecting clients, fielding incoming calls, converting calls to sales, working with clients to address need.

Sales staff are bound by shared values and goals and promote the highest quality service to customers.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:


  • Achieve sales and gross margin budget


  • Develop and execute business plan


  • Develop new business


  • Execute company sales process


  • Relationship management

  • You have experience in a building materials or construction related industry.
  • Knowledge of various product lines and procedures, capable and comfortable quoting prices and presenting sales products in a positive and confident manner.
  • You have excellent oral communication skills and positive interpersonal skills; you're a team player.
  • You can maintain and enhance positive customer relations.
  • You are organized, very attentive to details, have good math skills, knowledge of building materials such as lumber.
  • You have good computer experience using MS Office products and can quickly pick up proprietary software.
