Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support our Real Estate and Facilities team.
The ideal candidate will manage lease payables, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with lease agreements and company policies—all while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with Oracle or Lucernex is a plus, but not required.
Role Expectations:
Fast-paced position requiring a quick learner who can process information with minimal guidance.
Must haves:
3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, real estate accounting preferred but not required.
Self starter-can hit the ground running
Analytical thinker with Statement reconciliation within Excel
Communication (good follow up)
Key Responsibilities:
•Monitor shared inboxes, manage workflows efficiently, and distribute physical mail.
•Process lease-related expenses, including utilities, building repairs, insurance, and real estate taxes.
•Ensure all charges comply with lease terms and company policies.
•Communicate with landlords and internal teams to resolve issues and gather necessary information.
•Maintain accurate records through precise data entry and basic financial calculations.
•Draft professional correspondence and maintain documentation with attention to detail.
•Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to manage and analyze data.
•Adapt to changing priorities, flexible hours, and high-volume workloads as needed.
Qualifications:
•3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts payable, real estate accounting preferred but not required.
•Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills with the ability to handle complex information accurately.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including basic Excel.
•Basic understanding of Accounts Payable processes preferred.
•Proven track record of dependability, professionalism, and teamwork.
