Adjunct Faculty Exercise Science



Job description

Adjunct Faculty – Exercise Science The Department of Biological and Behavioral Sciences has a need for part-time, non-tenure-track lecturers to teach 1-3 undergraduate courses in exercise science.

These may include strength training and conditioning, anatomy & physiology with lab, or kinesiology and biomechanics, as well as other courses offered in the department.

Positions will be filled on an as-needed basis.

Applications will be kept on file indefinitely and referenced regularly as classes.

Qualifications Successful candidates must have:

  • a graduate degree in the appropriate discipline (preferred)
  • or
  • a bachelor’s degree in the discipline along with five (5) years of experience and a graduate degree in another field.

  • Starting salary will be based on qualifications and experience of the applicant.

    Benefits / Compensation Adjunct Faculty members are not eligible for University Benefits.

    Compensation for each course will be determined as the planning for each course is being completed.
