Adjunct Lecturer - Mathematics and Computer Science Department
**FACULTY VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT**
The Mathematics and Computer Science Department at Queensborough Community College invites applications for the position of Adjunct Lecturer to teach principles of Algebra, Trigonometry, Statistics and/or Pre-Calculus.
Performs teaching and related duties in area(s) of expertise.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics or Math Education required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Master’s or Ph.D. degree preferred.
+ The ability to successfully teach principles of Algebra, Trigonometry, Statistics and/or Pre-Calculus.
+ Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
+ Basic computer skills (accessing and using college-based platforms).
+ Previous high school or college teaching experience preferred.
**COMPENSATION**
$100.41 per hour.
