The Business, Computing and Social Science Division of Delaware County Community College is seeking Adjunct Network Engineering instructors to teach several courses starting in 2023 spring semester .
Expertise in any of the following areas is needed:
CompTIA A+
CompTIA Network+
CompTIA Security+
CompTIA Linux+
Cisco CCNA
Microsoft client and server operating systems
Prepare and deliver course content, assess the students’ performance, communicate regularly with the students, submit grade, reports, and forms in a timely manner, and comply with all
necessary training requirements of the College.
Many of these courses will be offered Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The semester begins on January 19, 2023.
You are required to have a Master's and/or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or Networking.
Also, in the case of some technical courses, an exception to the degree requirements will
be made with advanced professional industry certificates and a bachelor's degree
Two years teaching experience at the college level preferred but not required.
Background Clearances: Act 153 Clearances (Act 34 PA Criminal Background History, Act 151 PA Child Abuse History, Act 114 FBI Clearance); Verification of educational credentials Adjunct credit faculty participate in the College's 403(b) plan.
