Key Responsibilities:
- Support key operational and service-related functions across the organization, including processing intake requests and managing procurement activities.
- Generate and distribute ServiceMax reports for tracking and performance insights.
- Initiate work orders for depot services and repairs.
- Support process improvement initiatives such as Preventive Maintenance (PM) automation.
- Conduct trunk stock reconciliation by updating inventory data within ServiceMax.
- Research and resolve construction file bugs, coordinating with technical teams.
- Maintain accurate and updated system data in ServiceMax, including external IDs, manufacture and installation dates, clinical/non-clinical status, technician assignments, and inactive SLOCs.
- Compile, arrange, and analyze service-related data for reporting purposes.
- Prepare statistical and operational reports.
- Process and code various service documentation and records.
- Maintain organized filing systems and resolve administrative discrepancies.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, service, or operations support roles.
- Proficiency with ServiceMax, SAP, or other ERP/CRM platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Strong understanding of service workflows, procurement, and inventory control.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with Preventive Maintenance (PM) automation or field service digitalization.
- Knowledge of trunk stock inventory reconciliation.
- Familiarity with medical devices or technical service environments is a plus.
