AHRC NYC is looking to hire two Administrative Assistants (AA) for their Brooklyn Day Program. The AA position involves a variety of routine administrative functions in support of the day-to-day operations of a work unit.
Under direct supervision, the AA performs entry-level administrative activities for a work unit; performs data entry; processes forms and requisitions; maintains recordkeeping; organizes and files information; prepares routine reports and correspondence; responds to requests for information; provides general office assistance; and conducts receptionist duties.
Salary: $36,400 per year ($20/hour) based on a 35-hour work week
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
