Administrative Assistant II | Research Institute Job Opening In St. Cloud – Now Hiring CentraCare


Job description

Responsible for providing extensive administrative support for the Director, Physician Dyad Leader, and team of CentraCare Research.

In addition, will assist in various aspects of project management.

Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate.

Supports and demonstrates tripartite (education, clinical, research) when interacting with research patients, partners, and other stakeholders.

Schedule:

  • Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | St. Cloud
  • Days | 8-hour shifts | 8am – 4:30pm | Occasional evenings 
  • Some hybrid work capability after trained

  • Pay and Benefits:

  • Starting pay begins at $19.91 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience

    Pay range: $19.91 - $29.87 per hour

  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience minimum providing clerical support or general office experience is required
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Basic math computation skills required
  • Working knowledge of computer applications used for word processing and data management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond appropriately to a changing work environment
  • Ability to type 75 words per minute
