Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team by helping process and organize field reports from inspectors and engineers.
You’ll be responsible for reviewing, formatting, and preparing reports to send to clients—making sure everything is accurate, professional, and ready to go.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review submitted reports to ensure they’re complete and properly formatted
- Organize and compile reports into final packages for client delivery
- Follow up with staff if information is missing or unclear
- Maintain organized digital files and records
- Upload and manage reports using our internal systems and software
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to type accurately and manage repetitive tasks
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bonus Skills:
- Previous experience in an office or admin setting
- Familiarity with Engineering, construction or inspection reports
- QuickBooks experience a plus.
