Administrative Services Coordinator

**PRIMARY PURPOSE** **:** To coordinate administrative support functions.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Assigns and directs work and trains new colleagues.
+ Coordinates administrative support functions and/or activities.
+ Identifies and resolves problems and issues.
+ Provides coordination, training and support for unit.
+ Provides systems administration and/or technical support for unit specific duties.
**ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Supports the organization's quality program(s).
+ Travels as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education & Licensing**
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
**Experience**
Two (2) years of experience in general office administrative duties or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
**Skills & Knowledge**
+ Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
+ PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
+ Analytical and interpretive skills
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Good interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work in a team environment
+ Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
