**Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic **Advanced Analytics Consultant Senior** to lead the planning, development and delivery of data-driven products across our enterprise ecosystem.
This role combines user-centric product thinking, technical acumen, product data discovery, product management to ensure high-impact delivery on a modern data platform—Databricks.
The role bridges business needs and engineering - focusing on user engagement, delivery execution, process and engineering automation, and technology innovation.
This role will work closely with cross-functional partners and help elevate engineering standards within the team.
**Work Arrangement**
+ This is a 100% Remote Position
**Responsibilities**
+ **Collaborate with stakeholders** to gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
Facilitate user research to enhance product features and drive adoption.
Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation based on business needs
+ **Manage product backlogs, user stories, and delivery lifecycl** e using **Azure DevOps** , applying industry best practices to product strategy.
Conduct product data discovery to uncover insights that inform decision-making
+ **Identify and implement process improvements** by leveraging technology innovation.
Develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to support data-driven decisions and workflow automation using **SQL, PySpark, and Python** for data pipelines on **Databricks**
+ **Coordinate cross-functional collaboration** across business, engineering, and product teams to ensure timely execution.
Facilitate project-specific meetings, monitor risks, align stakeholders, and track progress effectively
+ **Serve as a subject matter expert** on data products, offering guidance and support to internal teams through well-documented resources.
Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and data users
+ **Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment** with minimal direction, demonstrating deep understanding of applications, products, and domains while delivering high-quality, actionable solutions
+ **Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning,** quickly gaining expertise in new applications, products, and areas of focus to support evolving business needs.
**Education and Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Engineering, Operations Research, Business) with five (5) years of analytics experience, or a Master’s degree with two (2) years of relevant experience.
**Preferred: Experience working in a healthcare insurance company or related industry**
+ Demonstrated advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to collect, analyze, build, visualize, and communicate complex dataset with precision and clarity
+ Practical experience in product and project management, including active use of Azure DevOps Boards to manage and update user stories, tasks, and progress
+ Extensive hands-on experience with **SQL, PySpark, and Python,** applying these tools to solve complex, real-world data challenges.
Proficient in using version control tools (e.g., Git) to support reliable, scalable, and automated data workflows
+ Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise business requirements, queries, reports, and presentations
+ Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, commitment to continuous learning, and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
