About the RoleOur client is seeking an Advanced Configuration Management Associate to play a critical role in supporting the development and production of advanced defense systems.
In this role, you will coordinate configuration management processes across engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams, ensuring that design changes are accurately documented and controlled.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) system for product improvements, repairs, and new product development
- Coordinate configuration management activities between Engineering, Quality, Support, and Manufacturing teams
- Review design release documents for completeness and proper authorization
- Execute change control processes and participate in change control boards
- Facilitate and conduct configuration management audits
- Develop, control, and manage multiple product and allocated baselines
- Ensure adherence to industry and Department of Defense (DoD) standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, a technical field, or equivalent experience
- Experience executing configuration management/change control processes in both development and manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of DoD standards, hardware and software configuration management practices
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Jira, and Product Data Management (PDM) tools
- Strong time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Department of Defense Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with process assessments and CM policy development
- Ability to work across organizations and disciplines to coordinate process controls

- This position is fully on-site at either the Canonsburg or Charleroi, PA facility
