Advertising Sales Manager, BrightWave Advertising, Phoenix, AZ


Job Summary:



  • Negotiate and cut sales deals

  • Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers

  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts and achieve annual sales target

  • Educate customers on how services can benefit them financially and professionally

  • Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by selling company services to new and existing customers.

  • Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales

  • Attended briefing meetings with the Client to prepare the briefing form and quotations required.

  • Presenting to the account manager the campaign ideas and budget of the client.

  • Carrying out brainstorming sessions to reach the client's objectives.

  • Working closely with clients to ensure their targets are met in terms of time, design, and quality.

Job Summary:



  • Create and drive a holistic and efficient advertising sales strategy while understanding and respecting the complex structure of the in-market operating environment.

  • Identify key areas of growth, and develop new business with media agencies, partners, sales reps, and direct clients.

  • Coordinate with various teams (account management, financial, sales, support, etc) through whatever medium that is available (Skype, Slack, email, phone, etc)
