Agile Transformation Lead Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, preferably Computer Science.
At least 8 years’ experience of building complex enterprise software.
At least 3 years’ of experience operating as an Agile coach or multi-team Scrum Master, working with most commonly used agile methodologies, specifically – Scrum and Kanban.
Programming in any language for at least a year and therefore a good understanding of the craft of software creation, design, build, testing etc.
A strong comprehension of Computer Science fundamentals (object oriented analysis and design, UML, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, interface design).
More than a year’s experience of coaching agile team(s), preferably from the initiation of a transformation from a traditional waterfall model.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong training skills – able to teach in a classroom environment.
Experience with proven modern practices such as Visual Modeling, UML, Refactoring, Unit Testing, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration etc.
Strong leadership and influencing skills, being able to interact with colleagues in Technology and the Business at all levels from Graduate to Managing Director.
Great analytical thinker and problem solver.
Ability to develop tools and utilities.
Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Optional - certifications in one or more of the following: CSM, CSPO,CSD or CTC from the Scrum Alliance or other recognized authority.
