Captura Hall is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.

This position plays a vital role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives, assisting with campaign planning, coordinating internal communications, and ensuring the timely delivery of marketing materials.

You will work closely with the marketing manager and other departments to ensure consistent branding and alignment with strategic goals.



Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Manage marketing calendars and deadlines to ensure timely execution of tasks
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and reports
  • Support event planning, trade shows, and product launches
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and prepare data-driven reports
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding across materials
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and budgets
  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and external agencies when necessary
Qualifications
