Key job responsibilities
Own the UX of emerging experiences with impact across Amazon.
Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research and technical constraints/opportunities.
Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives.
Thoughtfully simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI.
Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications—working closely with developers to see your design through to deployment.
Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization.
Partner closely with other product and design teams across Amazon.
Mentor up and coming talent.
Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma.

Basic Qualifications
10+ years of design experience
Experience with best practices for User Interface Design, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
Experience in life cycle design projects from design strategy through execution
