Curinos is currently seeking a Client Success Analyst to help our clients achieve their deposit objectives.

You will support them in using Curinos’ Deposit Optimizer platform, the most widely installed strategic deposit management solution in the world.

The ideal candidate is a fast learner who is both analytical and discerning, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

You demonstrate an ease with complex quantitative analysis, a drive to succeed, and find it rewarding to identify the insights hidden within data.

This role is a hybrid of Client Success, Professional Services, and Consulting job responsibilities.

The Role:

As a Client Success Analyst, you will take on real responsibility and be exposed to a diverse set of teams that collaborate to deliver data-driven value to clients.

You will work across different functional domains, developing a well-rounded skillset suitable for a wide range of career paths.

You can expect:

  • Client Work:Help clients realize value by contributing to strategic sessions and identifying opportunities to improve pricing strategy and overall deposit managementUnlock insights through data analyticsExplain Curinos’ proprietary methodology to clients, including Flow of Funds and price elasticity modelsProvide clients with timely support for questions about both our platforms and analyticsDesign and lead training sessions to help our clients find value in the platformLead regular meetings with clients and become their trusted partner
  • Manage Implementations and Projects:Manage project timelines and deliverables for client implementationsGather and define business requirements for new platform implementations and/or for new client projects
  • Qualifications

    The ideal candidate should:

  • Exhibit enthusiasm for learning, particularly diving into new subject areas
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Be curious and able to apply structure and logic to break down complex problems
  • Embrace multitasking and take on responsibility to get things done
  • Display commitment to diversity and empathy for those around you
  • Illustrate passion and creativity in professional pursuits, academic endeavors, and personal interests
  • Have the ability to travel as needed for client meetings; can range from 0% to 20% depending on engagement, but will most likely be up to a few days per month
  • Have 0-3 years of experience in a related field; prior experience with retail banking or management consulting is valued but not required
  • Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 (bonus potential)
