What You’ll Do:
Monitor and support local IT infrastructure, addressing patching, compliance, and security issues.
Manage Windows Server updates, Active Directory, and password resets.
Participate in quality and production implementations, releases, and disaster recovery exercises.
Review and resolve reported issues; evaluate impacts of changes across systems.
Perform installations, configuration, tuning, and corrective actions to maintain system availability.
Provide mentorship, documentation, and training to team members.
What You Need:
Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and internet security.
Experience with PowerShell scripting, virtualization (Hyper-V/VMware), and backup/recovery processes.
Understanding of database philosophy, programming techniques, and structured development methods.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to occasionally perform updates outside of standard business hours.
Nice to Have: Containerization, cloud computing, automation experience.
