Job description

**Your Impact**

The primary purpose of this role is to successfully execute technology business management (TBM) processes through tactical and complex activities in support of assigned processes.

This role maintains positive relationships with technology stakeholders and vendors and participates in the process of defining and maintaining service level agreements, objectives and key results, and other performance metrics.

The Analyst, Technology Business Management receives occasional guidance and direction from more senior level analysts on the team.

**What You Will Do**

+ Coordinate agile training and enablement activities in partnership with Learning and Development and community of practice leaders across global campuses
+ Support the Sr. Director of the ACE in advancing adoption and sponsorship of agile practices and transformation culture across the enterprise
+ Plan, organize, and execute events and workshops that strengthen agile capabilities for teams and leaders
+ Gather, analyze, and report on participation metrics and feedback to assess training impact and continuous improvement opportunities
+ Develop executive-level summaries and presentations highlighting key trends, outcomes, and transformation progress
+ Partner with stakeholders across technology and business functions to ensure alignment of agile transformation efforts

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer information systems, business administration, finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
+ 2 years of experience in technology, finance/accounting, procurement, business, operations, or related area
+ 1 year of experience analyzing data to detect trends, make recommendations, and provide reporting
+ 1 year of experience working in a large matrixed organization with exposure to various levels within the organization including with international teams

**Preferred Skills/Education**

+ 1 year of experience in process management, business process improvement, business process management, value stream mapping and/or industry applying LEAN practices or equivalent experience

Pay Range: $61,300.00 - $116,500.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
