Accounts Payable Analyst – Contract – Hybrid – Houston, TX

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to manage higher-priority invoices (e.g., legal, HR, acquisition-related)
  • Experience with Open Invoice and/or Enertia is a plus, but not required

  • What You Will Do:

  • Manage the AP inbox, code invoices accurately, and ensure proper alignment with the chart of accounts
  • Process high-priority, time-sensitive invoices while partnering closely with the cash disbursements team
  • Analyze monthly spend and variances, providing commentary and insights for leadership
  • Handle vendor/supplier communications and resolve invoice disputes

    Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, qualifications/certifications, experience level, and geographic location.

    The expected range for this role is $28-$30/hour.
