Job description

**CTG is seeking to fill a Senior SDET Engineer position for our client in Reston, VA.**

**Duration:** 4 months

**Duties:**

+ Develop, enhance, and troubleshoot Terraform Enterprise modules for AWS environments.
+ Implement and enforce Sentinel policies in collaboration with information security teams.
+ Manage code repositories and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
+ Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality, automated testing.
+ Contribute to software engineering processes, including automated builds, deployments, and continuous testing.

**Skills:**

+ Hands-on experience with Terraform Enterprise and module design.
+ Proficiency with GitLab for version control and CI/CD orchestration.
+ Strong understanding of AWS services; Azure experience considered if familiar with Terraform modules.
+ Experience developing and enforcing Sentinel policies.
+ Proficiency in Java, Shell, and Python scripting.
+ Familiarity with DevOps best practices and SDLC methodologies.

**Experience:**

+ Prior experience as a DevOps engineer, SDET, or application developer with cloud-focused automation.
+ Proven track record in Terraform module development, CI/CD automation, and cloud deployments.

**Education:**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
