Job Summary: Join our global IT organization as a Principal Application Performance Management (APM) Architect, where you'll lead the design and implementation of observability strategies across hybrid environments.
This high-impact role supports over internal sites worldwide and contributes to strategic initiatives around our corporate systems.
Collaborating with enterprise architects, cloud and DevOps teams, and global stakeholders, you'll drive AI-driven monitoring, self-healing automation, and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage performance monitoring strategies for both infrastructure and applications.
Analyze application performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate Monitoring tools into the software development lifecycle.
Develop and maintain performance benchmarks, metrics, and reports to track application performance.
Knowledge about Networking and Hybrid Infrastructure components Provide guidance on best practices for application architecture and design to enhance performance.
Good knowledge about automation and self-healings orchestrations like Ansible, SNOW.
Deep knowledge on utilizing REST APIs to automate bulk of the routine and manual tasks.
Develop custom integration and plugins for seamless integration with non-supported technologies.
Lead performance testing efforts, including load testing, stress testing, and capacity planning.
Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, providing recommendations for resolution.
Working knowledge of databases and SQL and ETL processes.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in application performance management.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an APM Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of application performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics).
In-depth knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and on-premises infrastructure.
In-depth knowledge of application architecture and design principles.
Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
In-depth knowledge of at least one or more programming/scripting languages like Python/Java/Groovy.
Working knowledge of reporting and BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, APM-related certifications) are a plus.
Location: Our preferred location is Carrolton, TX.
We are open to Franklin, TN or Foxboro, MA as potential locations.
Work environment is Hybrid- 2 days per week min onsite.
We are unable to offer relocation assistance for this position, and we are not considering remote candidates at this time.
This role requires on-site presence.
