As a **Security Officer Armed Patrol Aerospace** in **Bothell, WA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more.

In this role, you will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and maintain a visible presence while carrying out armed responsibilities.

**Pay Rate: $29.00 / Hour**

**What You’ll Do:**

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional presence at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
+ Monitor entry and exit points, verifying credentials and maintaining awareness of individuals on the premises.
+ Communicate clearly with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding incidents, observations, and/or concerns.
+ Assist with access control, visitor management, and other security-related tasks as directed by site leadership.
+ Document and report incidents, observations, and/or irregularities according to established protocols.
+ Support emergency response activities, including evacuations and drills, in accordance with site procedures.

+ Availability across various days and shifts
+ Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
+ A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Must possess a valid Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
+ Must have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience, or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience, or 3 or more years of security-related experience.
+ Must possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
