What a typical shift looks like:
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday - 10pm to 4am
- Monitoring patrons and ensuring the safety of guests and employees
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with the client's employees and guests
- De-escalating confrontations
- Deter criminal activity and misconduct
- Compose written and verbal reports of observed security and safety concerns
- Perform duties as specified in client post orders and within company protocols
- Conduct foot patrols of the property (interior and exterior)
Qualifications include:
- Firearms Certification / License
- Prior Law Enforcement training preferred
- Ability to work independently
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check
- Detail oriented with good communication skills
- Must be comfortable in large crowds
