The Assembler is responsible for the full assembly of high-end grills and outdoor kitchen equipment.
The role requires an individual with excellent attention to detail, a knack for problem-solving, good mechanical aptitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
The Assembler will use hand and power tools to assemble components, perform quality checks, and assist with preparing the finished goods for shipment.
The primary goal is to ensure each product is assembled according to strict quality standards before it is shipped to the customer.

Responsibilities:
Perform the complete assembly of various products, including grills and outdoor kitchen equipment, according to documented engineering instructions.
Install components such as legs, wheels, casters, manifolds, hoses, lighter tubes, radiants, and burner tubes.
Read and interpret work orders and custom requests to ensure each product is built to customer specifications.
Conduct performance testing on all assembled appliances to confirm they are functioning correctly and safely.
Perform quality inspections of parts and finished products, reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Contribute to inventory control by carefully using parts and communicating Kanban requirements as needed.
Prepare and package assembled appliances for safe transportation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are kept in good working order and stored properly.
Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and suggest process improvements.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Blueprint and Diagram Reading: The ability to interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and work orders to build products correctly.

Inventory Management: Experience with inventory control concepts, such as Kanban systems, and the ability to track and communicate material needs.
