**Job Description**
Full-time onsite:
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.
This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

We are hiring for manufacturing assembly operators to work in our growing Military Flight Controls Clean Room department building precise electronic sensor assemblies for various military applications respectively.

Operators in the Clean room will be responsible for assembling small electro mechanical gyros or small sensor assemblies which include soldering , bonding, wiring and inspection.

This job requires a high level of attention to detail, ability to follow defined work instructions.

Operators will work in a humidity and temperature controlled mfg.

environment.

These jobs require working under a Microscope.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ High School diploma or GED
+ Assembly experience
+ Ability to spend extensive time looking in microscope
+ Soldering Exp
+ Hand to eye coordination
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Strong communication skills
+ Ability to work in a team environment.
+ Ability to work on computers including Microsoft office.
+ Ability to pass a VAST (visual acuity) test at time of hire

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Soldering experience and certifications (J-STD-001, IPC 610)

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $31692 - $50708

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
