Assembler I (Large Truck) Job Opening In Hastings – Now Hiring Trane Technologies

**POSITION EXPECTATIONS:**

o Locate, learn, and understand assembly instructions from procedures, drawings and standard work instructions.

o Verifies and inspects work according to standard work.

o Perform quality checks and tests.

o Use power, pneumatic, Smart torque and hand tools, where applicable.

o Adhere to work and safety rules.

o Good verbal communication

o Supports and demonstrates a well-organized, safe, and clean workplace.

o Understands, accepts, and supports the company’s vision and key business goals.

o Basic understanding, support, and commitment to the team and continuous improvement by getting involved and actively contributing ideas for improvement.
