Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New York provides programs and services for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses.
Located in Red Hook, NY, this position is responsible for assisting the Director of Campus Services with overall supervision of residential services.
They will provide guidance and support to the campus supervisory group.
They will direct and coordinate the implementation of the D-PBIS program for the campus Residential Department, as well as any new programs for the residential department.
The Assistant Director will assist in staff recruitment and will meet established HR targets for the program under his/her direction, including staff turnover, staffing levels, one to one staffing assignments and timely evaluations.
They will address parental/legal guardian concerns in cooperation with the RD’s, RM’s and QIDPs, and will ensure that all fiscal policies are adhered to for the program under his/her direction.
The Assistant Director will act as back-up and temporary replacement for the Director of Campus Services, if needed.
**Salary:** $74,752.23 annually

**Qualifications**
**EDUCATION** : Bachelor’s Degree required.
**EXPERIENCE** : Minimum of three years of experience in a comparable residential and/or day treatment program, all of which shall be in a supervisory capacity.
Strong interpersonal skills required.
Must be able to get along with diverse personalities.
Must handle detailed, complex concepts and problems and make rapid decisions.
