We are currently seeking a dynamic, organized, and client-focused Assistant Director of Client Experience to join our team and oversee our Selections Manager group.
The Assistant Director of Client Experience will be responsible for ensuring that every client feels supported and cared for throughout their journey with The Barndo Co. This role will oversee the Selections Manager team while also driving process improvements, managing client documentation, and supporting conflict resolution when needed.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly proficient in Google Suite, and able to balance leadership responsibilities with a commitment to creating a seamless client experience.
