Job Purpose
Supports the Director of Interactive Media by overseeing day-to-day video and photo production.
Supervises staff and student workers to deliver high-quality, brand-aligned content for marketing, recruitment, and campus initiatives.

Essential Functions
Manage workflow and scheduling for the Photo/Video Specialist and student team.
Serve as lead producer/editor on high-priority photo and video projects.
Recruit, train, and mentor student assistants.
Work with web, social, and marketing teams.
Organize and maintain multimedia archives.
Support livestreams and event documentation.
Track trends and suggest new tools or techniques to improve engagement.
Assist with accessibility and compliance for photo/video.
Monitor new trends and tools for photo/video storytelling.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Four years of related professional experience.
Valid TN driver’s license.
Advanced skills in digital photo capture and processing.
Advanced skills in studio lighting.
Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop Suite and Light Room.
Advanced skills in image processing and printing.
Knowledge of video production process.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
Five years of related professional experience.
FAA drone certification.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
Five years of related professional experience.
