Job Title: Assistant Project Administrator
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Project Administrator to support our Operations Manager and engineering team.

This role focuses on administrative and operational support.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

We’re currently seeking an Assistant Project Administrator to support our lead project coordinator and office operations.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in engineering, architecture, or construction environments who enjoys being the organizational backbone of a fast-moving team.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide direct support to the Lead Project Coordinator and Office Administrator

+ Manage phone communications and client correspondence with professionalism

+ Assist with project documentation, tracking, and file organization

+ Coordinate ordering of materials, safety gear, and corporate attire

+ Help run and compile basic financial reports and project summaries

+ Pick up blueprints and other materials from local print shops as needed

+ Maintain and organize office storage areas and supply inventory

+ Support general office functions and administrative needs as they arise

Qualifications:

+ Prior experience in engineering, architecture, or construction environments strongly preferred

+ Strong organizational and communication skills

+ Comfortable with remote work but available for occasional in-person tasks in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management or accounting software is a plus

+ Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail

Required Qualifications:

+ Proven experience in administrative or office support roles

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

+ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

+ Experience supporting engineering or technical teams

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
